A clear boundary around your data.
This notice describes how the current AMIKUK website handles information. Each independent product has its own data practices and policies.
Public browsing and discovery
The product registry contains public descriptions and links. AMIKUK Intelligence searches this registry, stores no conversations, and sends no prompts to an external model provider in this release. No advertising analytics or cross-product tracking is enabled by this application.
Inquiries
If you submit the contact form, AMIKUK stores your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, message, consent version, and submission time so an authorized administrator can review and respond. Do not include clinical information, educational records, prayer requests, credentials, or other sensitive content. Contact information is restricted to authorized administrators.
Operational information
Public submissions use request limits and spam protection. The application stores a daily scoped hash of the platform-provided network address for rate limiting, rather than the raw address. Hosting providers may process technical request logs as part of operating and securing the service.
Sign-in and administration
Hosted authentication is provided by Sign in with ChatGPT through Sites. Signed-in identity is used for access checks. An explicit administrator or editor allowlist controls access; sign-in alone does not grant permission. Administrative changes are recorded in a restricted audit log. Authentication cookies are managed by the hosting identity service.
Independent destinations
Following a product link takes you to an independent website. A listing does not share your account or transfer your product data to AMIKUK. We do not aggregate patient information, student learning records, or community submissions from these products.
Questions and deletion requests
Use the contact form to ask about an inquiry you submitted or request its deletion. Inquiries can be deleted by an authorized administrator; a minimal audit event may remain. A formal retention schedule and jurisdiction-specific legal disclosures must be finalized before a general public launch.
